David Chlapowski, Vice President, Marketing & Sales
Mr. Chlapowski brings over 24 years of professional sales and marketing experience in the areas of finance, digital forensics, and network performance management and design. He started his career in finance where he was Vice President of Investments at Bears Stearns and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. David moved to high tech and excelled in the areas of design and implementation of IP based network infrastructure for large corporations, carriers, ASPs and ISPs while working for CTC Communications and WorldCom-UUNET.

Charles A. MacDonald, Vice President, Managed Services
Mr. MacDonald has over thirty-five years of experience as a law enforcement officer, a corporate security director and security management in the high tech, biometric and global consulting and training fields. He has investigated all types of fraud, intellectual property, work place violence, anti piracy, public and private sector corruption, white collar and organized crime cases. He has worked with numerous federal, state, local and international law enforcement agencies and has trained foreign military units and police agencies during his career. He directed a global security operation for an international leader in digital media technology and has held Senior VP and COO positions with international consulting firms.
