Jude T. Buckley, CFCE, SCERS
Managing Director, Computer Forensics & e-Discovery
Mr. Buckley has over twenty-five years of experience as a law enforcement officer with eight years specialized training and experience in the computer forensic & e-Discovery field. He has investigated all types of computer crime and held supervisory positions overseeing the retrieval and preservation of digital evidence. He has worked with numerous federal, state and local law enforcement agencies during his career as a computer forensic investigator. He has received training from SEARCH, The National White Collar Crime Center, Guidance Software (EnCase), International Crimes Against Children Task Force, Access Data, The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), The International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists (IACIS), New Technologies, Inc. (NTI), WetStone Technologies, Paraben Corporation, and Microsoft.
His certifications include IACIS's Certified Forensic Computer Examiner (CFCE) and FLETC's Seized Computer Evidence Recovery Specialist (SCERS). He is a member of the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists (IACIS), the High Technology Crime Investigation Association (HTCIA), the High Tech Crime Consortium (HTCC) and the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS). He is a former President of the New England Chapter of HTCIA.
